The industrial dissolved oxygen transmitter’s microprocessor allows the user to easily recalibrate the parameters for the DO probes.  The DO transmitters require only a single calibration, regardless of which dissolved oxygen display you use.  The Dissolved Oxygen transmitters provide a one-point calibration in air, then the calibration data is stored in memory and is ready for use on power up.  The Industrial Dissolved Oxygen Transmitter’s microprocessor also performs a self-diagnostic routine every time you turn on the unit providing you with basic information about the stability of the DO transmitter.

Setup and calibration functions are done using the Industrial Dissolved Oxygen Transmitter’s friendly user guided menu.  All Dissolved oxygen transmitters have a membrane keypad with tactile and audio feedback to improve durability and usability.  The Industrial DO transmitter also provides password protection to ensure that the right people have access to change settings.

The Industrial DO transmitters simultaneously display DO, Temperature, Relay status and current output on one LCD graphic screen.  The LCD also includes a backlight for badly lit environments.  The dissolved oxygen transmitter uses a “polygraphic clark” membrane for the DO and a precise thermistor for temperature, providing you with accurate readings for all your measurements.

The Industrial Dissolved Oxygen Transmitter is equipped with 5 programmable relays (2 active Low and 2 active High relays for DO and one programmable high or low relay for temperature); all relays are hysteresis driven and configurable to CENTER or EDGE mode.  The Industrial DO Transmitters also have an isolated and reversible 4-20mA analog output, which can be used as a proportional output.  The dissolved oxygen transmitters provide programmable offsets and spans for the DO transmitter’s display.

The Industrial Dissolved Oxygen Transmitter comes with a RS485 interface, which can easily let the user log all data with an IBM© PC/AT compatible computer.  Multiple DO transmitters can be connected together to gather data quickly and efficiently.  All dissolved oxygen transmitter connections are done via standard terminal blocks for tinned leads.

Dissolved Oxygen Data Recording and Process Control
Global Water's PC300 Dissolved Oxygen Controller to use the dissolved oxygen transmitter's output to control addtional pumps or alarms.  In addition the GL500 dissolved oxygen recorder adds recording capabilities to the dissolved oxygen transmitter.  The GL500 dissolved oxygen recorder connects to the dissolved oxygen transmitter's 4-20mA output to record data.
