Waterproof pH meters Product Description
The
innovative VARIO waterproof pH meter combines handheld
convenience with benchtop features. Just a fingertip
touch on the display and VARIO is ready for use.
Immersion in the solution starts the waterproof pH meter
measurement automatically. The highly accurate pH and
temperature measurements can be read from the waterproof
pH meter’s large display and can also be temporarily
locked on the screen or stored to memory. The
waterproof pH meter's memory has space for up to 50
measured values for later evaluation. When not in use
as a waterproof pH meter the VARIO doubles as a
laboratory clock or timer.
The VARIO waterproof pH meters can operate
continuously for 1500 hours on one easily replaceable AA
(1.5 V) battery. In addition, the waterproof pH meters
can operate on line power. VARIO waterproof pH meters
come standard with an intelligent glass electrode that
is protected by a plastic casing. Safe to carry in your
pocket, the VARIO waterproof pH meters feature a conical
protective cap that does not require KCI storage
solution -- and it prevents the electrode from dripping
and drying out. The adapter contained in the waterproof
pH meter set makes the instrument compatible with
commercially available precision electrodes, making this
a versatile meter that can do benchtop duty when needed.
The VARIO waterproof pH meter kits ship complete with
carry case, standard or SenTix® 41electrode, DIN
calibration buffers 4 & 7 and S7 adapter cable. The
SenTix® 41 electrode is a gel filled, plastic body
electrode with a built in temperature sensor. The
optional SenTix® 21 is the same as the 41 but without
the temperature sensor.
