A variety of interfaces including RS-232, RS-422/485, SPI, UART, Digital and Analog I/O allow for this flexibility. More than just a Mini PCI or PC Card 802.11 radio adapter, the Airborne Embedded Wireless Device Server and Wireless Ethernet Bridge Module features a fully integrated, 802.11 radio and network processor that provides a complete, wireless network connection in a single, small footprint package. Airborne wireless modules eliminate the design time and risk associated with 802.11 wireless chipset based designs, and provide all of the network protocols and processing needed to quickly implement embedded wireless solutions. And, they offer industrial-grade performance, making them ideally suited for harsh environments.
